Competition

Terms and conditions

CenQuip prize draw  ·  The VET Expo 2026  ·  August 2026

By entering this competition you accept these terms. Please read them before you enter.

1. The promoter

The promoter is CenQuip Pty Ltd (ABN 62 124 140 174) of 26 Binney Rd, Kings Park NSW 2148, Australia. Phone +61 2 9679 5733. Email info@cenquip.com.au. In these terms the promoter is called "we", "us" or "our".

2. Who can enter

Entry is open to individuals who:

Our directors, officers and employees, the directors, officers and employees of our related companies and of the suppliers of any prize, and the immediate families of those people, cannot enter. "Immediate family" means a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live together.

3. Entry period

Entries open at 9:00am on Wednesday 9 September 2026 and close at 12:00pm on Thursday 10 September 2026. All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time. Entries received after that time are not eligible.

4. How to enter

To enter, complete our online entry form. You can reach it by scanning the QR code displayed at our stand, stand D27, or by using a device provided at the stand. You must provide the information marked as required on the form.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. You are responsible for any data charges your own carrier applies.

Limit of one entry per person for the whole promotion. If we receive more than one entry from the same person, only the first valid entry counts.

We may reject an entry that is incomplete, illegible, or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, automated, submitted by someone who is not eligible, or otherwise not made in accordance with these terms. Entries are deemed received when we receive them, not when they are sent.

5. The prizes

There is one prize.

Each prize is the item displayed and described as the prize at our stand D27 and on the competition page linked from the entry form. The full description and retail value of the prize are shown in both of those places, and were shown to you before you entered.

Prizes are not transferable to another person and cannot be exchanged for cash or for another product. If a prize becomes unavailable for a reason outside our reasonable control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater retail value.

We will deliver the prize within Australia at our cost. You are responsible for anything not expressly included with the prize — including installation, commissioning, consumables, accessories, insurance, and any tax consequences of receiving it. If you are in any doubt about the tax treatment of a prize, get your own advice.

6. The draws

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part, and winners are chosen at random from all valid entries.

The draw takes place after entries close on Thursday 10 September 2026, at CenQuip Pty Ltd, 26 Binney Rd, Kings Park NSW 2148, from all valid entries received by 12:00pm that day.

The draw is made by assigning a number to every eligible entry and selecting one at random. We keep a record of the draw, including the entries included and the result.

7. Telling the winners

We will notify the winner by email, at the address given on their entry form, within two business days of the draw. We may also telephone the number given.

It is your responsibility to give us a correct email address and to check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder. We are not responsible for a notification that is not received because an address was wrong, a mailbox was full, or a message was filtered.

Winners' first names and practice names may be displayed at our stand for the remainder of the show. We will not use a winner's full name, photograph, likeness, statement or practice in any advertising or social media unless that winner gives us separate written consent, which they are free to decline without affecting their prize.

8. Claiming a prize

To claim a prize, a winner must either visit our stand D27 before the show closes, or reply to our notification email or telephone us on +61 2 9679 5733. We will ask the winner to confirm their identity, their eligibility, and a delivery address in Australia.

The prize will be delivered by 30 September 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted or the prize is unclaimed by that date, we may draw a replacement winner from the remaining valid entries. Any unclaimed prize draw will take place at 11:00am on Friday 2 October 2026 at 26 Binney Rd, Kings Park NSW 2148, and we will notify any resulting winner by email within two business days.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or under any other law, where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to that paragraph, and to the extent the law allows:

10. If something goes wrong with the promotion

If this promotion cannot be run as planned for a reason outside our reasonable control — for example because of a technical failure, or because the event does not proceed — we may cancel, suspend or amend it, to the extent the law allows. If we do, we will publish notice of the change at our stand and on this page.

We may disqualify an entrant who we reasonably believe has tampered with the entry process, submitted multiple or false entries, or acted unlawfully or contrary to these terms. If a disqualified entrant has already been awarded a prize, we may require the prize to be returned.

11. Your personal information

We collect your personal information to run this promotion, to conduct the draws and to contact you if you win. If you separately tick the optional marketing box on the entry form, we will also use it to send you information about our products, offers and events.

Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entry. You can enter the draw without agreeing to marketing, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Our privacy statement explains in full what we collect, why, who we share it with, where it is stored, how long we keep it, and how you can access it, correct it, or make a complaint.

12. General

Our decisions on all matters relating to this promotion are final, and we will not enter into correspondence about them, except where the law provides otherwise.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
